It all started when I volunteered as an assistant coach for my kid's baseball team. My first job? Manage the lineup and field positions using a dry erase board. Simple, right? But the marker didn't cooperate. It barely wrote. Then one of the kids accidentally smeared the whole board. Suddenly, no one could remember who was playing where—or who was up to bat last.
That's when it hit me: why not build a digital version of this dry erase board—one that actually works when the game gets hectic?
