“Dugout Master grew out of the chaos of a smudged dry erase board. I was just looking for a simple, reliable way to manage lineups and positions — and this is what came out of it.”

Dugout Master was born out of a simple challenge on the baseball field. While volunteering as an assistant coach, the responsibility of managing lineups and field positions fell to a dry erase board. What seemed like a straightforward solution quickly became a source of frustration—the marker barely worked, and one accidental swipe erased the entire lineup. In an instant, the team lost track of who was in the field and who was up to bat. That moment sparked the idea for a better, more reliable way to manage the dugout.

That experience led to a simple idea: create a digital version of the traditional dry erase board—one that remains reliable even in the middle of the game.

Dugout Master was built with that vision in mind. Designed by a coach, for coaches, it streamlines the process of managing lineups, field positions, and game flow. From juggling player rotations to tracking the batting order or adjusting positions between innings, Dugout Master keeps everything organized and stress-free—without the risk of smudges, lost notes, or worn-out markers.
